Control at scale

Revenue management that scales without losing local intelligence

A hotel group needs consistency, but not identical decisions everywhere. RoomRaiser gives central teams a unified framework and portfolio oversight, while each hotel can follow market-specific demand, seasonality, competitors and commercial priorities.

01

Central visibility

See pricing and performance across the group, selected portfolios, regions or individual hotels.

02

Local flexibility

Configure each property around its market, seasonality, competitor set and operating model.

03

Transparent automation

Understand what changed, why it changed and which data and rules shaped the recommendation.

From strategy to daily action

Your strategy, operationalised across the group

RoomRaiser does not replace your commercial strategy. It helps your teams execute it more consistently, more frequently and with less repetitive work.

  • Translate established revenue logic into configurable pricing rules and parameters.
  • Automate daily calculations and price updates while preserving review and override options.
  • React faster to occupancy, pick-up, booking pace, competitor prices and market changes.
  • Apply consistent principles across the group without forcing every hotel into the same model.
  • Run in recommendation-led or more automated workflows, depending on your governance model.

RoomRaiser automates the knowledge your organisation has built, while responsibility and control remain with your team.

Multi-Property Dashboards

One portfolio view. The right detail for every role.

Stop collecting separate reports and switching between hotel-level views. RoomRaiser’s Multi-Property Dashboards bring Pricing and Business Intelligence together so decision-makers can move from the group picture to the property detail in a few clicks.

01

Central leadership

Track the full group or selected brands, regions and portfolios using shared definitions. Identify standout performance, deviations, risk and commercial opportunities before they disappear inside individual reports.

02

Cluster and regional leaders

Compare your assigned properties, follow pricing behaviour and business performance, and focus attention where action is needed.

03

GMs and hotel teams

Work with the local market detail that matters to your property, supported by clear recommendations and relevant performance data.

Role-based permissions give every user the information and controls appropriate to their responsibilities. Actions and pricing decisions remain traceable for review and accountability.

Action + insight

Pricing and Business Intelligence in one workflow

Pricing decisions are stronger when teams can immediately see their commercial context and results. RoomRaiser connects daily revenue action with portfolio and hotel-level analysis.

Pricing

  • Dynamic recommendations based on occupancy, booking pace, market signals, competitor rates and your rules.
  • Property-specific strategies, seasons, price boundaries, room relationships and competitor sets.
  • Explainable recommendations, human review and automation options.

Business Intelligence

  • Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue, pick-up and operational and commercial indicators.
  • Unified reporting with hotel detail and group, region or portfolio aggregation.
  • Budget workflows support forward-looking management and help teams compare actual performance with plan.

Configuration depth

Sophisticated where your strategy needs it. Simple where your teams need it.

Enterprise revenue management should not require an enterprise-length implementation. RoomRaiser combines a clear day-to-day workflow with the configuration depth needed by experienced revenue teams.

Seasons as precise as your market

Create as many seasons and date ranges as your strategy requires, including Easter weekend or a local event. Apply season-specific settings across pricing parameters, beyond base rates.

A local competitive context

Use different competitor sets by hotel and, where relevant, by season. Configure occupancy, booking-pace, day-of-week, event and market-based logic.

Rules your team can explain

Set room-type relationships, pricing boundaries and custom calculation rules. Group-booking-aware workflows help interpret demand; recommendation details explain the proposed price.

Balaton Colors

Results from a five-property portfolio

One RoomRaiser customer moved five hotels and apartment properties from outsourced revenue management to a transparent, software-supported model. The objective was not simply lower cost: the operator wanted to keep control, understand every pricing decision and scale the same revenue discipline across the portfolio.

“What mattered to us was not outsourcing pricing blindly. We needed to see what was happening and why. RoomRaiser helped us with that: it automates the process without taking the decision out of our hands.”

Connected across your portfolio

Integrates with the systems your hotels already use

Connect RoomRaiser to your existing PMS and distribution environment so current hotel data can power recommendations, analysis and rate updates without creating another manual reporting process.

Current integrations include HostWare, Mews, Previo, SabeeApp and D-EDGE. If your PMS or channel manager is not yet on the list, that does not have to be a barrier: we are open to integrating with additional systems. Pricing integrations are generally relatively straightforward because they require a narrower data flow; BI integrations need a broader and more detailed data set, so their scope may be more complex. For mixed-technology portfolios or planned migrations, talk to us about integration fit, technical scope and rollout sequencing.

Your questions, answered

A clearer path to group-wide revenue management

Can each hotel keep its own pricing strategy?

Yes. RoomRaiser supports a group-wide framework without forcing identical rules on properties with different demand patterns, seasons, market positions or competitor sets.

Can central management compare hotels across the portfolio?

Yes. Multi-Property Dashboards support group, portfolio, regional, selected-property and hotel-level views, subject to each user’s permissions.

Will our hotel teams lose control of pricing?

No. RoomRaiser can automate recommendations and updates, but your organisation defines the rules, permissions and level of automation. Recommendations are explainable, reviewable and adjustable.

Does RoomRaiser include Business Intelligence?

Yes. Pricing and BI are designed as connected workflows, helping teams link daily pricing activity with performance analysis at both hotel and portfolio level.

Can different roles have different access?

Yes. Access can be structured for hotel users, GMs, cluster or regional leaders, revenue teams and central management.

How does implementation work across several hotels?

We start with discovery and strategy mapping, configure the relevant properties and integrations, train users, and agree a repeatable phased rollout process for the wider group.

Can RoomRaiser support seasonal portfolios?

Yes. Properties can create multiple seasons and date ranges, including short, event-driven periods such as Easter weekend rather than only broad summer and winter seasons. Extensive seasonal configuration can be applied across pricing parameters, supporting properties whose demand, competitors and operating logic change throughout the year.

What if our group uses more than one PMS?

RoomRaiser already connects with several PMS and channel-management platforms, and we are open to integrating with additional systems. A Pricing integration is generally relatively straightforward; a BI integration requires a broader and more detailed data set and therefore may involve more development. We assess the technical scope during discovery and can sequence rollout around your current technology landscape.
