🎯 Competitor monitoring – analysis
If this is important for the user and necessary for price fine-tuning, RoomRaiser’s algorithm is now able to take competitors’ prices into account!The new logic doesn’t just work well – based on our first internal tests, it performs even better than expected.Intelligent competitor price integration is a true advantage: our prices follow market shifts flexibly, without under- or overpricing. Related new feature: On the "Price Calendar" page, by clicking the "more details" button on each day's tile, you can now view details of competitors’ best prices for that specific day. This includes clear information about the room type, whether breakfast is included, and whether the rate is refundable.
⏰ Auto-pilot – doesn’t need a break :)
Automatic pricing (auto-pilot) can now update your prices at four preset times each day.This means the system can react even faster to changes in demand and supply, and your view of the market is fresher and more accurate than ever.

In addition to competitor prices, we now also display:
what room type the price refers to,
whether breakfast is included,
and whether the booking is refundable.
These extra details help us interpret competitor offers more precisely, making pricing decisions much more relevant.
